the industry’s most trusted center pivots to local growers and commercial agricultural operations.
No prior irrigation experience? No problem. We provide full paid training on Valley technology,
structural design, and our sales process. If you have grit, know how to talk to local producers,
and want to control your own income, we want you on our team.

What You Will Do:
Build Relationships: Meet with farmers and agricultural landowners in Medicine Hat
and surrounding areas to assess their field layouts and water management needs.
Sell Valley Solutions: Educate clients on how Valley center pivots, linear systems,
and AgSense smart-farming technology maximize crop yields and water efficiency.
Manage Accounts: Guide customers from the initial field design and quoting stages
through to the final purchase.
Grow the Territory: Follow up on dealership leads and proactively connect with new
operations across Southeast Alberta.

What We Are Looking For:
Drive & Ambition: A strong work ethic and the self-motivation to hit sales goals.
Ag-Minded Communication: Ability to build trust quickly and talk shop with the local
farming community.
Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license is required to operate your company vehicle.
Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors and visiting active agricultural sites in all
weather.
